Zenkolor asks for no account, no email address and no advertising identifier. Here is exactly what is collected, why, and for how long.

In the app

Your colorings

They stay on your device, and in your iCloud account if you use it. We have no access to them.

Anonymous analytics

To improve the app, it sends grouped events (app opened, drawing opened or finished, search, offer screen viewed, screen folded, time a drawing stays open, crash). They carry a random installation identifier, made unreadable on the server, the app and iOS versions, the device type and the store country. No name, no location, no advertising identifier. Raw events are deleted after 13 months.

Drawing of the day gallery

If you post your coloring, the server keeps the image, the nickname you were given and the unreadable installation identifier, so you can remove your post and reports can be handled. You can delete your post at any time from the app. A reported post may be hidden or deleted by moderation.

Purchases

Payments go through Apple only. We receive signed subscription information from Apple (product, dates, price, renewal, refund), without your name or payment method, to verify purchases and track revenue.

On this website

No cookies. A home-made analytics counts page views, the site you came from and clicks to the App Store, with no identifier and no stored IP address. The server’s technical logs are kept for a few days for security.

Where the data lives

On our server in France (OVH). It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete data about you, or object to its processing, by writing to Contact address to be completed. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
